Unlike most conventional insulators is notin the TyeTec ® isolators transmit the force of a thread in the plastic, but by a form fit . This is so designed, that a positive connection remains even when the insulating material such as plastic is completely destroyed by heat. (The insulating effect is lost, however). For the insulators with threaded plastic, however, would break in such a case, the isolated Stag, which could lead, at worst the loss of the mast itself.
